EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a well-known method to stimulate solution-oriented self-healing powers through horizontal eye movements. This method originates from behavioural therapy and helps to process (Reprocessing) stressful topics and experiences such as accidents, separations, wrong decisions, public humiliation, bullying, turning points (shadow of life), burglary/theft, losses (objects, pets), failure (exams), exam anxiety, stage fright, serious diagnoses… also processing of grief, fear, anger… any form of incriminating memories of overstraining stress situations.
